How many times we find ourselves right before sleeping, feeling guilty about a behaviour we had earlier with our kids. Either because we yelled, or screamed or said something we regret?
How many times we wake up in the morning telling ourselves in the front the mirror “Today, I will be calm with my kids”, only to find yourself yelling few hours later? Unfortunately, the affirmation alone is not enough.
In this workshop, you will understand why we yell and get impatient through brain science. We will deep dive into our emotions and how our reactions are triggered. Finally, you will also learn practical steps to use in your daily life to bring consciousness in stressful moments and calm down.
By learning this, you will build coping mechanisms that will help you improve your impatience, anger and will model it for your children. By seeing you managing stressful situations with confidence and calm, they will learn and start imitating you, which will help them in managing their emotions.
